Here at Maxi Construction Ltd, we take training very seriously. Through ConstructionSkills we developed our current training plan and we are proud to say our format has been used as an example to other contractors. Our Training Adviser was impressed with the way we’d put it together.

Rather than a generic training matrix, we developed our current Training Plan as a bespoke document to suit company and individuals’ needs. As part of our ongoing review process, we can determine where specific training is required for our employees and integrate that need into our future Training Plans.

The success of our business depends on our people. We take steps to ensure competence, confidence and take a keen interest in developing individuals where enthusiasm for self improvement is evident. As a result, individual’s training needs are identified and implemented. We view this strategy as an investment as high levels of competence within our organisation will only help to strengthen our standing within the industry.
