Senior Estimator
Maxi Construction Ltd. is seeking to appoint a Senior Estimator to join their established team.
Having reduced turnover whilst remaining profitable during the early part of the recession, we are now seeking to commence a steady sustained growth as market conditions begin to improve.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for providing costs to create a competitive tender for various construction projects, mainly within commercial, industrial, education and leisure.
We are looking for an individual who has built strong relationships with Clients and Design Teams within the central belt of Scotland and can continue to develop these in this new position.
You will have a proven track record of delivering accurate tenders at competitive margins, preferably within our market sector, and have the ability to assist with the production of the necessary additional information required with tender and prequalification submissions.
