Community Involvement 

A number of our contracts involve working within or adjacent to operational premises e.g. schools, hospitals or within close proximity to residential/business areas. In this case we establish a Good Neighbour Policy to ensure that our works cause minimum disruption to our neighbours. This includes the control of noise, dust and deliveries to the site, ensuring the site boundaries are secure and setting up procedures for liaising with neighbours and those likely to be affected by the construction works.

Where a project involves us working in or adjacent to a school environment our Construction Director and Site Manager provide a talk to the school children about the dangers of construction sites and why they don’t make good playgrounds.
